Career Information and Highlights

Paul Pokorski has been racing an owner/driver of open wheel dirt cars since 1993.  Paul raced Winged Super Modifieds in southeast Wisconsin from 1993-2006.  In 1993 he finished 2nd in the “Rookie of the Year” points.  In 1996 he was named the most improved driver and won the “Hard Charger Award” for passing the most cars in feature events that same season.  Since 1996, Paul and the Pokorski Motorsports team have won numerous feature events and recorded countless top five feature finishes. 

In 2003 Pokorski Motorsports turned to Goodwin Competition for our engine work.  Working with Goodwin Competition the Pokorski Motorsports team won Championships in 2003, 2004 and 2006, and had a second place point finish in 2005.  In 2007, the team successfully began racing winged sprint cars during mid-season.

In 2008 our team plans to run regularly with the Tech Squad/Midwest Sprint Car Association Series and some non-sanctioned events.  Overall we will participate in about 38 events throughout Wisconsin.
